New York Lemon Laws
New York Lemon Laws cover "Any non-commercial motor vehicle purchased or leased, except for motorcycles, certain motor homes, and off-road vehicles."
Manufacturers are entitled to 4 repair attempts or 30 calendar days out of service before it qualifies under New York Law as a Lemon.
Cars are covered under the New York Lemon Law for 2 years or 18,000 miles.
